After my serious post on the conference, I thought I might also tell you about one of my favourite experiences in Singapore - eating chilli crab and black pepper crab. Absolutely delicious. I think I liked the pepper crab best, although the chilli crab was also really good, particularly when you dipped that little fried bread you can see in the top right into the chilli sauce.
Yum, yum. Not for those who have a phobia of getting messy hands, however.
